BARAKA BENEDICT

He is the CEO and founder, he has been a refugee in Uganda for 15 years before getting resettled to Australia. He had worked with a number of Refugee led organizations like YIDA before the getting resettled. As a change maker, he felt it is of worthy to support financially the Refugee communities he had left behind. He began implementing some projects of the organization through his own petty cash from the little he was receiving then later he began gathering refugee youth in the diaspora for further fundraising campaigns

MBILIZI KALOMBO

The co-founder and the executive Director with over 18 years of residence in Refugee setting, He began his passion of bringing long lasting impact back in secondary when he joined school WASH team and District green environment peace club in Bushenyi district. He studied physics, chemistry and Mathematics during his high school, but found a need of a transformative approach to serve the community holistically and hence opted to pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social work and social administration. He is a hardworking, courageous, innovative and community change maker.

SAMUEL OMBENI BULAMBO

He’s the logistics and procurement officer, he is one of the pioneers of the organization who has rendered a very tremendous support in strategizing the policies and structures as well as initiating networks/collaborations/partnerships with CBOs, NGOs and government institutions in order to provide a very holistic and comprehensive support to the people we serve through the strong networks where expertise and synergies are shared.

NAGABA ANGEL

She’s a Ugandan National holding a bachelor’s degree in Human resource management and planning. She’s a community advocate, environmental activist and optimistic about transforming the community from dependency to resilience through innovative approaches

ARINDA JENINAH

She’s the organization accountant Ugandan National holding bachelor’s degree of science in accounting and finance, she is very accountable, creditable, transparent and straight forward.
